Orders -- USA and Global

USA:  Our on-line automated system will allow you place your order for addresses within the USA with credit cards and Paypal. 

Outside the USA: Please use the contact form ('contact us') or email us (worldonpaperllc@gmail.com) regarding the item you with to purchase with your details.  Alternatively do call us, recognizing time zone differences may not allow us to answer in real time (+1.513.780.2817).  We shall do our best to inform you the total costs (shipping being the key variable) and to dispatch the item you desire the fastest.  Thank you!

 

Payment Methods

We accept on-line Paypal, and major credit cards.  We also accept off-line Checks (US dollars) and Certified Checks (US dollars). 

 

Shipping Information, Customs and Insurance

We routinely ship within the USA via US Postal Service 2 Day Priority (we may elect to use FedEx or UPS in some cases, but without sacrificing delivery time to you or changing shipping costs).  Please email or call if you require faster service.  We will ship outside the USA when requested.  Please see the Orders Section for shipments outside the USA.  We typically will aim to ship within 2 business days in the USA.  However, please allow some extra time in holiday and inclement weather and map fair seasons.  We do insure all shipments covering the purchase price and this is included in the shipping fees.  All customs related charges are the responsibility of the buyer, including custom charges, customs related fees/storage/handling.

 

Packaging Information

We will either ship your map flat or in a tube.  We do have a few framed maps, which will ship in a box.

 

Return Policy
All purchases may be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason for full refund of your original purchase price pending on the following conditions.  We ask you to please assure that the map is in the same condition as shipped originally.  We do not issue refunds for items damaged or otherwise returned in unsellable state.  While not mandatory, we would appreciate if you let us know the reason why you are returning the map so that we can do better for you and others the next time.

 

Return Procedure

Please follow these steps if you wish to return an item:

1. Before returning, please email or phone to inform us that you plan to return the map.

2. Properly secure, pack and ship the map in the same fashion (packing method, etc), or better, than we shipped the map to you.

3. Please insure the shipment adequately.

4. We will issue you the refund for the map purchase price typically within 7 business days of return receipt of the map.
