This a fantastic plat map for the Cherokee Nation Townships in today's Oklahoma.  It names specific land owners for each parcel, along with showing rods (e.g.: Road to Tulsa) and creeks.  It captures a unique time period and this map is also a geneologist's delilight.  Handwritten notations in red.  From "Township maps of the Cherokee Nation", with 1 listing in OCLC and one other found.
