A large, detailed map of Tokyo from the Showa era.  It shows by red color coding damaged areas sustained during World War II.  The map also details streets and railroads. The title can't convey the almost immediate shock of what the map shows.  The Bombed-out are is a massive amorphous stain that covers most of the city.   This detailed side is in Japanese and the verso shows a much larger area around Tokyo, with roads, railroads, shrines, temples etc highlighted and is in English.
