Topography, rivers, towns are shown together with a distance scale, and a fully stippled sea.  This is from the pocket version of Ortelius' Theatrum, "Abrege du Theatre d'Ortelius, Contenat la Description des Principales Parcies & Regions du Monde..."  P Galle published first the pocket versions, then also J B Vrients, commonly known as the Epitome from 1577 to 1602.
