This is an oustanding map of Cyprus from the 17th century.  Great deal of detail is provided as to topography, rivers, lakes, forests, settlements, etc.  Ornate cartouche with the title on ox-hide is bordered by leaves and horse with just the head and tail showing. Lusignan coat of arms is shown around the scale cartouche along with four smaller ones.  Text in Italian.
