This is a rather handsome map of Southeast Asia covering Indochina, the Malaysian Peninsula, Indonesia and the Philippines with an inset of Singapore. Original outline color distinguishes the colonial possessions of the Dutch, British, Spanish and Portuguese.  Inset is Singapore.  Plenty of detail is offered as to topgraphy, rivers, lakes, cities, etc.  The Colton decorative border is yet to appear.  From the first edition, second issue of Colton's General Atlas.
