This is a very nice engraved map of the Caribbean.  It shows the region from the Bahamas down through the Windward and Leeward Islands, Central America and northern Venezuela.  Plenty of topographical, river and settlement details are offered.  Inset are of Bermuda and of the City and Harbor of Havana.  The Colton decorative border is yet to appear.  From the first edition, second issue of Colton's General Atlas.
