The total population of the colonies was 60 million and the commercial value generated was 60 billion French Francs. There are 14 photo vignettes, including a dam in Senegal, traffic in Dakar, Tunisian Roman ruins, Martinique view, ports of Casablanca, Dakar and Algiers plus several ships. This is an advertisement by the French public utilities association.
