This is an outstanding  mid 18th century large map of central France, including the culineray capital Lyon, Macon, Bourgen-Bresse, Saint Etienne, Clermont Ferrand, Vicy, Roanne, the Loire River, etc.  Great deal of detail is provided as to topography, fortified cities, towns, rivers, castles, chruches, roads, woods, mountains, lakes, etc. There is a large decorative cartouche.  From the Atlas Universal by D Robert de Vaugondy.
